What You’ll Do

As an ECT at Shapes Early Learning, you will:

Implement educational programs that foster children’s growth and development.

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Guide and mentor educators, promoting high-quality care and a collaborative environment.

Ensure the highest standards in safety, hygiene, and learning engagement.

Provide inspiring and nurturing environments for children.

Collaborate with our experienced leadership team to create a welcoming, inspiring space for all.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications of a Bachelor in Teaching/Early childhood , or studying towards.

Experience in a teachers position, preferably in an early childhood setting

A strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework NQF.

A working knowledge of developmental programming, planning and observations

Experience with Storypark or similar online tool would be looked upon favorably.

Excellent communication skills.

Dedication to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment for children.

Valid Working with children check.
