IronMerge People are currently recruiting Experienced FIFO Kitchen hand staff for causal pool roles in Western Australia. These roles are commencing ASAP and successful applicants will be starting as soon as they complete their mobilisation.

These roles are casual & FIFO from Perth airport and usually a 2:1 swing or adhoc leave cover :

• Super paid on all hours worked
• 11-hour workdays
• Flights from Perth – ONLY WA residents will be considered.
• Weekly pays on a Thursday

Key Responsibilities
As a FIFO Kitchen hand :

• Kitchen and Dining Room service areas – cleaning, potwash, food handling & food preparation as required by site
• Able to work up to 12-hour shifts with a rotating roster of 1 week working days and then a week of nights if required
• Able to work & stay in remote environments which might mean extreme heat or cold
• Able to multi-task and assist in other areas without issue
• Able to understand your responsibilities and work safely

Essential Criteria to Apply:

• Currently Reside in Perth, WA - Interstate or overseas applicants are not supported at this time
• A minimum of 6 months recent & proven FIFO or DIDO Experience within a kitchen environment is essential
• Flexible to work any roster onsite including overnight if required
• Flexible to work other departments if requested or work shared rosters
• Able to pass a full medical & drug screen with some requirements for a new drug screen every 28 days
• Have a current & clear Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check less than 3 months old or willing to obtain one
• Full Australian working rights for a minimum of 6 months validity
• Able to complete all required online and in person Inductions
• Nationally accredited RSA (Desirable)
• Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
