THE ROLE

Are you looking for an awesome new opportunity and future launchpad into sales? We’re looking for two proactive superstars to join our newly established Marketing & Operations Division at ARKANCE. Leveraging the latest AI to help you scale at pace, you’ll drive proactive bidding and tendering and with your superstar capabilities in salesforce, form a major support team for our sales divisions. This is a perfect opportunity for those who like to work autonomously to shape newly formed functions and processes including building slick reporting, responding to inbound enquiries and learning about the sales organization to forge a path for career progression.

As a Sales Enablement and Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales and Professional Services teams to drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and manage sales playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and proposal templates

Coordinate onboarding and training for sales and professional services team members

Support creation and distribution of customer-facing materials in collaboration with marketing

Manage and maintain CRM data (Salesforce) for accuracy across pipeline and activity tracking

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior stakeholders

Coordinate responses for tenders/RFPs and administer contract tracking processes

Assist with resource scheduling, timesheet tracking, and post-project invoicing coordination

Track enablement KPIs and support commission data with validated figures

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded team player who enjoys supporting revenue growth through behind-the-scenes coordination, enablement and process optimisation to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Previous experience in sales operations, coordination, marketing support or administration (ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments)

Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Ability to build strong relationships across marketing, sales, and delivery teams

A passion for continuous improvement and making things work better

Desired but not essential:

Familiarity with enablement platforms like Seismic or HubSpot

Experience with RFP/tender coordination or project/resource scheduling
