About the Role:
As the go-to person supporting the team, you’ll ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes—from marketing campaigns to client communications and sales coordination. You’ll handle enquiries with grace and urgency, prepare high-impact property marketing, and bring a meticulous approach to daily tasks and deadlines. No two days will be the same—and that’s just how you like it.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for listings
  • Prepare marketing materials and oversee social media execution
  • Attend appointments, inspections, auctions and open homes
  • Liaise between stakeholders to keep things moving smoothly
  • Organise property valuations, photographers, building inspections
  • Manage calendars, book appointments, and handle ad hoc requests
  • Keep accurate records and proactively follow up client needs
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, planning and reporting
  • Provide operational support that enhances client relationships
  • Assist with events, prospecting, and general team support

What You’ll Bring:

  • A current Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration in ACT) or interest in completing this
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong administrative experience and computer proficiency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and polished presentation
  • Confident in Microsoft Word, Excel and open to learning new systems
  • Current ACT driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-volume, client-facing setting
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and Saturdays as required

Role Details:

  • Location: Canberra-based
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (after-hours as needed)
  • Remuneration: Competitive, commensurate with experience
