The Company

Stoneybark Building Certifiers is a Private Certification company with an office located in the beautiful Southern Highlands (Mittagong) of NSW. We are seeking to employ an experienced Accredited Certifier / Inspector to join our team.

Our work ranges from small residential construction to commercial projects. We provide a friendly work environment with highly experienced staff, where communication and discussion between certifiers/support staff is part of our culture.

The role will primarily be assessments and inspections of Class 1 and 10 buildings.

Essential Criteria

Minimum Criteria, A3/A4 Accreditation.

Minimum 2 years' experience with Class 1 and 10 structures

Sound knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards

Capability to determine Construction Certificate and Complying Development Certificate applications as required under the EP & A Act and Regulations

Capability to carry out mandatory inspections independantly

Ability to work in a tearm environment or autonomously as required

Valid Driver's Licence

Advantageous Attributes (Non Essential)

Experience with Class 2-9 building classifications

Interest in furthering qualifications and industry experience
