Maxwell Recruitment currently has a great opportunity for Pressure Welders who hold a Certificate 7 in Welding. This is a shutdown position for multiple Power Outages starting in September 2025.
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: Early-Mid November 2025
About the Role:
As a Pressure Welder, you will play a crucial role in the installation and repair of various types of valves and equipment.
- Casual Rate of $62.81/hr + Penalties
- 10 hr days, 6 days a week
- $110 LAHA available if you meet requirements
- Multiple outages across Eraring Power Station, Tumut and Tasmania
Key Responsibilities:
- Valve Maintenance and Pipe Work
- Power Outage work
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
The Requirements:
- Trade Qualified Boilermaker (Must have Cert.7)
- TIG Welding experience
- Previous Site experience
