Duties
On a day to day basis, your duties will include:
Extensive diary and email management
Monthly Billing, time entry and expense management
Assisting in organising events, seminars, travel and conferences
Drafting and formatting contracts, documents and correspondence
Opening files, running conflict checks, and closing files
General administrator duties such as filing, printing, and dictation
You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary
A desire for longevity in a support position
A proven ability to work well under pressure
Advanced MS Suite skills
Excellent communications and problem solving skills
A positive and proactive approach
