Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, grooming and hygiene routines

Support safe eating and hydration practices

Engage in sensory and behavioural therapy activities

Monitor and respond to health and wellbeing indicators

Facilitate community access and participation

Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

About You:

Experience in disability support, allied health, or behavioural therapy is highly regarded

Confident in managing complex care needs with empathy and professionalism

Comfortable working in a dynamic, responsive support environment

Excellent communication and observational skills

Flexible availability and a proactive attitude
