Motel in Albany WA 6330 - Handyman required to perform general maintenance, repairs, and grounds keeping/gardening duties.
Must be physically fit, think outside the box and keen to assist with advising on how to improve and improvise.

Would suit someone who loves to take on a Challenge and considers oneself as a “jack/Jill of all trades”

Minimum hours 25-30hrs per week

Duties include but not limited to:

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, Painting, Plastering, carpentry, and repairs/cleaning.

Be efficient and cost conscious

Experience in the hospitality industry is considered advantageous as can understand the need to assist housekeeping team with linen storage etc.

Reliable, eye for detail, good organisational skills

Assist in hotel renovation projects, such as painting, flooring installation, and bathroom upgrades.

Collaborating with other departments, including front office and housekeeping to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
