About the role
As a Warehouse Manager at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our warehouse facility in Willawong, QLD.
This full-time position is responsible for leading the warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related activities.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including coordinating workflow, monitoring productivity, and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient stock management.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise transportation and distribution routes, reducing costs and improving delivery times.
Develop and implement effective warehousing policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or operations role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other logistics software.
Working knowledge of inventory management principles, logistics operations, and supply chain best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing industry.
