Craigs Royal Hotel is searching for an accommodation specialist with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the venue manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue's accommodation operations. Shifts will be within the range of 8am – 7.30pm across a 7 day roster, with a minimum of 1 weekend off per month.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Processing reservations, online, email and phone
- Assisting guests with enquiries of the hotel and local area
- Ensure a smooth check in and out
- Account follow up
- Management of complaint handling
- Staff training
- Debtor Management
- Management of housekeeping including quality control
About You
To succeed in this role you will not only be reliable and a great communicator but posses the following attributes;
- Have a friendly and approachable nature with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have the ability to problem solve and priorities tasks
- Prior experience with RMS will be highly regarded
