About the Role: As a Motor Claims Consultant, you’ll play a vital part in managing vehicle claims from lodgement through to settlement. You'll ensure that claims are handled efficiently, empathetically and in line with client expectations and SLAs.
Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end management of motor vehicle claims
• Lodging and processing claims accurately and promptly
• Coordinating the repair process and managing third-party interactions
• Maintaining proactive communication with customers and stakeholders
• Delivering exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in motor claims or general insurance (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing deadlines
• A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
