To be successful with your application you must demonstrate:

Frame and Truss production experience

Attention to detail, self - starter, time - line focus

Responsiveness and able to multi - task.

Team player with a willingness to pitch in

Initiative and drive and the capacity to work autonomously

Effective negotiation and communication skills

A frame and truss background is preferred but if you have experience say coordinating in a manufacturing environment your skills are relevant for consideration.
