We are proud to be South Australia's only LHD to RHD vehicle manufacturer, operating a full conversion facility where we re-manufacture Ford and Ram vehicles from left-hand drive to right-hand drive. This unique capability sets us apart in the market and offers our team hands-on experience with cutting-edge vehicle technology. The Service/Workshop Manager will also have input into this area, working alongside our conversion team to ensure seamless quality and service outcomes.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Service/Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for automotive excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and service advisors, ensuring that all service work is completed efficiently, to the highest standard, and in line with customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily workshop operations
Supervise, support, and mentor workshop staff and service advisors
Maintain a high standard of customer service and workshop presentation
Allocate jobs, monitor technician productivity, and manage workflow
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Oversee service administration, including invoicing and warranty claims
Drive profitability and efficiency targets for the service department
Collaborate with our in-house conversion team on LHD to RHD projects
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
Proven experience in a similar Service Manager or Workshop Manager role
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sound technical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations
A proactive and solution-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
A current and valid driver’s licence
