We are looking for Senior workday experienced between 5 and 10 years with hands on skills mentioned below with consulting background. Below are total six workday positions with detailed job descriptions for your information.

Workday Integration Consultant – You should be a highly skilled professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations that meet the specific needs of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Workday with other systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Job Description:

Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer/ Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization. Exposure to Workday Orchestrate would be desired.

Experience in building at least 2-3 applications using Workday Extend.

Proficiency in building Extend orchestrations and modelling business processes.

A strong understanding of app components, model components, app security, and authentication processes.

Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).

Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer).

Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance.

Workday certified is a must.

Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams.

Collaborative workshop facilitator and consensus builder.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

Proactive in knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows.

Workday Analyst - You will typically focus on configuring and optimizing Workday systems. This role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform in various Workday modules.

Job Description:

Minimum of 3 years’ Workday experience with expertise in core HCM and any other areas such as compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting, recruitment, and absence.

Workday HCM Certified.

Ability to interpret business requirements, recommendations and implement solutions.

Provide support in resolving Workday related requests assigned to P&C systems team via Service NAB or CCP

Deliver high quality support for core HCM and any other functional area such as compensation, benefits, talent, recruitment, absence, time tracking etc.

Develop, implement and maintain custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields to meet the business requirements and complete bulk data uploads via EIB across various processes.

Coordinate and execute - various types of testing’s including functional, regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing. Should assist with executing functional UAT and SIT integrations and regression testing as required.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, and user manuals.

Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support.

Provide training to stakeholders and prepare communication packs SOP's, FAQs to support Workday adoption and utilization.

Stay up to date on the trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research and use of best practices.

Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking Consultant - You will typically focus on configuring and optimizing absence and time tracking module within Workday. This role is responsible for configuring and supporting Workday Absence Management and Time Off modules, including absence plans, accruals, holiday schedules, time-off policies and maintain rules for absence tracking, eligibility, and balances. Support time tracking module by setting up time entry rules, work schedules, time reporting, and time approval processes, maintain configurations for overtime, shift differentials and break times.

Job Description:

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ Workday experience with expertise in Workday absence management and time tracking and any other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting and recruitment.

- Must be Workday Absence / Time Tracking certified.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.

- Own the Workday absence and time tracking module, overseeing the designing, solutioning, implementation, configuration, testing and ongoing management.

- Leverage expert level knowledge to lead efforts (hands on) to deliver initiatives/ projects/ module enhancements identified in the absence and time tracking module optimization roadmap.

- Manage half yearly Workday release enhancements (R1 and R2)

- Resolve Service NAB tickets for all absence and time tracking-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

- Serve as a SME for Workday absence and time tracking and provide training to absence partners, managers, and other stakeholders on how to use the absence and time tracking module in Workday effectively.

- Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support.

- Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing.

- Stay up to date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.

- Mentor and guide junior colleagues for their role in configuration and testing.

4. Workday Security Analyst - You will typically focus on configuring and optimizing security module within Workday. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Workday system is secure, compliant, and properly configured to manage access to sensitive HR, payroll, and other business data.

Job Description:

Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ Workday experience with expertise in Workday security and any other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and absence.

Workday Certified in Security.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.

Resolve Service NAB tickets for all Workday security-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.

Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support.

Serve as a SME for Workday security and map the security approval matrix.

Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing.

Stay up to date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Mentor and guide junior colleagues for their role in configuration and testing.

Workday Benefits Senior Analyst - You will typically focus on configuring and optimizing benefits module within Workday. This role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform in various Workday modules.
