Job description
Due to their continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a switched on Contract Administrator to join this already successful team. You will gain exposure to Contract Administration, as well as full training to become a Project Manager down the track. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with all Contract Administration tasks
• Progress Claims, Scope of works and Variations
• Assisting with Pricing Luxury Residential projects
• Assisting with the preparation of Tender documents
• Assisting with overall document control for assigned projects
• Assisting Directors as required

Your Profile
To be successful you will need to have completed a minimum Cert 4 in Building and Construction or preferably have a Construction Management degree equivalent. You will also have at least 2 - 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator in the Luxury Residential sector. Your outstanding communication skills and job stability will set you apart.
