Belgravia Apparel is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of one of our largest uniform programs to date.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this Sydney-based hybrid role will see you lead the rollout of a national uniform program. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Design & Product Development, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT Senior Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met, stakeholders are aligned, and client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management of uniform implementation, from planning to execution.
Build and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Run and coordinate regular project update meetings, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
Provide timely and clear project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT Senior Managers.
Monitor risks, track progress, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Leverage Monday.com (or similar project management tools) to ensure visibility and accountability.
Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.
About You
Proven experience in project management, ideally in apparel, retail, or product-based industries.
Uniform rollout or large-scale implementation experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of supply chain, product development, and customer service workflows.
Confident using project management platforms – Monday.com experience is a plus.
Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
