About the Role

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team in beautiful Coffs Harbour, NSW. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our diverse client base in a private practice setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Large mix of patients musculoskeletal, workcover, NDIS

Working in actual rooms, no curtains or cubicles

Seeing one patient at a time, focus on quality not quantity

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to client care

Maintaining detailed client records and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services

Adhering to all relevant professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Ergofix Physiotherapy's policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Membership and Insurance

Experience as a Physiotherapist (preferably in a private practice) however, recent grads are also welcome to apply!

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Understanding of relevant physiotherapy-related legislation, regulations, and quality standards
