Innova Motel is a newly refurbished, 64-room motel located in the heart of Warrnambool. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality accommodation and exceptional guest experiences. As we launch into an exciting new chapter, we’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the cleanliness and presentation of our beautiful property.

The Role
This is a casual position with consistent daytime hours – 8 AM to 2 PM, five days a week – offering future opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time role. You’ll play a key role in leading daily housekeeping operations and maintaining a high standard of room readiness for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping team and daily operations

Perform quality control checks on guest rooms

Assist with cleaning duties during peak periods

Monitor and manage stock and linen supplies

Train and support housekeeping staff

Communicate effectively with management and maintenance teams

About You

Proven experience in housekeeping (supervisory experience preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
