What will you do?
We're looking for an additional administrator to help our business owner, scheduler and bookkeeper with daily tasks. It's a hybrid role, working from the office, and from home if you like.
Tasks would include:
Creating quotes and invoices
Updating our CRM system
Responding to enquiries via email and phone
Who are we?
Active Scooters is one of the fastest growing mobility scooter businesses in Australia. The workshop is based in Brookfield, Brisbane, Queensland. The team of seven includes two workshop technicians, a scheduler, a bookkeeper, sales person, the owner and hopefully you.
What are we looking for?
Someone who’s experienced in the digital side of office administration. Knowledge of the XERO accounting system would be awesome, and exposure to some type of customer relationship management system is necessary. You’ll need to be happy with updating customer records, and other data entry tasks.
What’s in it for me?
The role would suit someone looking for a casual admin job with flexible hours. The minimum would be 3 hours/day over 4 days, that's 12 hours/week. If you're looking for more, we can start with 20hrs/week then build up depending on your availability. The hourly rate will be $30/hr.
