Your opportunity
The Settlements Team is a pivotal department, responsible for ensuring that retail contracts are thoroughly checked and accurate, prior to activating and disbursing funds to the dealer. You'll liaise and support our internal sales staff and external business partners in day-to-day operations. Please note this role is 0.5 FTE and you will be required to work on a Saturday each week.
- Provide a high level of customer service to the dealer network and promote a positive message with a can-do attitude.
- Ensure all customer documentation is approved and compliant with regulations, legislation and policies.
- Look for opportunities to drive change, improve processes and continually seek business efficiency.
- Ensure that daily transactions are attended to within required time frames and provide corrective action where necessary to achieve optimum results.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Business Development Managers and Account Managers, to ensure transactions are reviewed and settled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Help stakeholders with post settlement queries and issues.
- Assist in the review of practices and processes to drive and implement improvements to meet organisational requirements for policy and legislative requirements.

- Previous experience in the finance and service industry or regulated work environment, preferred.
- Customer service focused with strong communication skills and adaptability
- Degree qualified preferred
