About the Role

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you'll be more than just a presence—you'll be the first impression, last line of defence, and calm in the storm.

Work 4–5 nights a week on a rotating 8-week night roster
- Visit multiple sites across the evening, ensuring safety and quality service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and tenants
- Monitor CCTV, building systems, and conduct detailed patrols
- Respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies
- Be ready to provide emergency concierge support when needed

What We’re Looking For

We hire on character and train for excellence. If you’ve got the presence and professionalism, we’ll give you the platform to shine.

Valid Queensland Security Licence
First Aid and CPR certification
Experience in concierge or corporate security (or a strong will to learn)
Immaculate presentation and a customer-first mindset
Fit, focused, and cool under pressure
Strong communication and attention to detail—because the small things are the big things
