Astina Suites is a luxury apartment hotel in Penrith CBD complete with a rooftop pool, bar, and wellness centre. We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent/Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team, where your role is vital to us maintaining our 5-star rating and providing memorable experiences to our guests.

A casual role is available immediately. The successful applicant must be available to work nights and weekends, with an expected 2–4 shifts per week.

Qualifications & experience

Previous reception, customer service, or hospitality experience

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Basic computer skills

Ability to work in a team and autonomously

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for each guest from check-in to check-out.

Manage reservations, process payments, and answer inquiries.

Perform administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls and emails.

Ensure that guest's requests and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operation.

Communicate with other departments throughout Astina as required.

Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance and demeanour at all times.

Uphold Astina's standard of service and contribute to positive and memorable guest experiences.
