About the Role

They are seeking a highly experienced Asset Manager to oversee a premium portfolio of commercial and industrial properties with high yelds. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing asset performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets
• Ensuring lease agreements, compliance, and regulatory building requirements are met
• Overseeing the preparation of financial and operational reports for asset owners
• Conducting lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Managing tenant relationships and addressing inquiries efficiently
• Coordinating maintenance, capital works, and building upgrades
• Collaborating with sales and leasing teams to maximize asset value
• Developing asset management strategies to enhance financial performance
• Oversee an Assistant Asset Manager

We have 2 roles available, Senior Asset Manager paying up to $120K+Super plus KPIs & Asset Manager up to $100+Super plus KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong financial and asset management acumen
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A degree in Property Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
• NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
