About Your Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in Robina, where you’ll lead and support operational teams across the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales. Your mission? To drive excellence in service delivery across our Supported Independent Living Homes (SILs), Short-Term Accommodation (STAs), and Community Access services. You’ll play a key role in shaping opportunities, ensuring services align with customer needs, and fostering positive outcomes for customers, their families, and our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Aligning services with Multicap’s values and customer priorities.
• Inspire and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
• Drive service growth by developing customer-focused solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
• Manage referrals, intakes, and assessments to ensure seamless service transitions.
• Oversee service planning, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and safe work practices.
• Handle feedback and complaints effectively to drive continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in disability services.
• Expertise in SIL management and person-centred service delivery.
• Strong people management skills, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Experience developing Person-Centred Plans within a positive behaviour framework.
• A sound understanding of industry legislation and best practices.
• Experience managing budgets and service forecasts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence
• NDIS worker screening clearance
• Working with Children Check
