We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in delivering programmed work orders and managing work priorities in Illawarra / Macarthur. Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.
• Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
• Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems.
• Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.
• Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.

What You'll Bring

• High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver's licence.
• Experience in project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in construction trade.
• Customer relations management.
