From our facility located in Caringbah we manufacture and distribute handmade gourmet finger foods and meal components across Australia.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse/Freezer personnel to join our team. This role involves working in freezer/chiller conditions, moving and organised goods efficiently, as well as warehousing duties and receiving and depatching stock. This ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing, be comfortable in working in the freezer/chiller and preferably hold a valid forklift license. The role is Monday to Friday with immediate start as a casual and potential to be permanent full time based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and store frozen products in the freezer.
• Load & unload shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if licensed) and elevated work platforms (cherry picker).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock management.
• Report and damages, discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Assist with general warehouse duties.
• Keeping and maintaining dispatch records.
• Working with Food Safety in mind.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in freezer/chiller room conditions (not full-time).
• Basic computer knowledge to operate a very easy inventory system & label printing using Bar Tender software.
• Forklift license (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to stock and shelve stock in designated areas.
• Have your own transport.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures.
