Oracle HCM Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator for a 9 month fixed term engagement to provide expert application support for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), encompassing requirements analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, reporting, release management, and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the Oracle HCM system, including configuration, upgrades, support, and maintenance.
• Lead problem-solving, logging, and reporting of HCM system issues, managing stakeholder expectations through to resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design business requirements and implement process and system enhancements.
• Provide specialist business and technical expertise to improve user experience.
• Offer recommendations and advice on the operational management of the HCM System.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to other system experts.
• Continuously research and identify innovative ways to implement improvements and meet objectives.
• Collaborate with the Systems team to ensure system performance meets user expectations.
• Contribute to the review of policies, procedures, and documentation for managing HCM systems.

Key Skills:

1. 3-5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion HCM experience applicable)
2. Demonstrated experience in administering HCM systems (e.g., Recruitment(Pageup advantageous), CoreHR, Time and Labour, Absence) and supporting third-party payroll system integration's.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation and the ability to resolve system, data, and process issues collaboratively with staff, external clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
5. Demonstrated experience in coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Demonstrated experience with Oracle simple query language.
