As part of a dynamic team, the role involves liaising between clients, tech teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a pivotal position involving communication with various people and excels when it comes to detail and problem solving.

Specifically you will:

• Respond to, action and escalate client requirements
• Acting as an intermediary between relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
• Coordinate administrative requirements for your team
• Process online documents
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients product

This is not a technical position however is perfect for someone who enjoys learning about technology and wants to see their career fly in the industry.

A minimum of 1-2 years experience is required, ideally within an office environment, including customer service and administration tasks. A confident and friendly disposition along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential attributes for the role.
