Prosperity Residential is an established and growing SEQ based home building company seeking an experienced House and Land Sales consultant to become a sales manager/lead closer of a small team.

The team specialise in Low/No Savings Homes (our systems assist clients into homes with low and even no deposit). We have proven systems and have helped hundreds of No deposit clients over the last few years.

About the role

You will have the important role of running/managing a small sales team and take on the role of sourcing and closing sales.

leads vetted by initial consultants and appointments booked will be provided; you will work with clients to find suitable property within budget (sourcing land and siting our designs), then close the sale.

Proposed Hours

Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm

Sat 10am - 4pm

Location - Display Home Bahrs Scrub - stand alone display (not is display Village)

Wed - Sat in Display

Tuesday option to work remote

Qualifications & experience

Experience working out of a display home

Experience siting house plans on land

Experience managing sales teams

Experience in closing sales for new builds

Experience in sourcing land from agents and developers

Experience liaising with brokers on finance matters

Experience working with Low/No Deposit Clients a big Bonus
