About the role

Trailblazers RV are seeking an experienced Electrician 240v & 12v - 48v to join our team of custom caravan and RV builders in our Dingley Village, Victoria location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the electrical installation and maintenance of our premium recreational vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Install, test and commission 240v and 12v - 48v electrical systems in our custom-built caravans and RVs

Perform general electrical maintenance, inspections and repairs on existing units

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and issues

Liaise with clients to understand their electrical requirements and preferences

Document all electrical work in accordance with industry standards and regulations

Mentor and train junior electricians as required

What we're looking for

Qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the caravan/RV industry

Strong knowledge of 240v and 12v - 48v electrical systems, including installation, testing and troubleshooting

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

Keen eye for detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality work

Current driver's licence and your own tools
