About the Role – North Brisbane

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team and support clients living in the Moreton Bay region, including Caboolture and Morayfield. You will be joining a supportive team working within a stable, rotating 24-hour roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients to maintain their independence and homes

Supporting clients to access their community

Making and maintaining community connections

Managing and maintaining complex health needs

Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting

Scheduling and attending appointments and social events

Assisting with meal planning and preparation

Participating in recreational activities

Supporting with shopping and light domestic duties

Assisting with light gardening and minor yard maintenance

Must-Haves

A relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent

Availability across Monday to Sunday, including sleepovers

A clean, reliable vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence

Full COVID-19 vaccination status (as per Queensland Government Directions)

You must also have, and maintain:

Verification of work rights in Australia

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

National Police Check

First Aid and CPR Certificates

Working with Children Blue Card
