Our client, a leader in the Property Management space, is working with our team to secure a Senior Property Manager to complement their high-performing, supportive, and growth-driven team.

You'll be joining a large, multi-office network that genuinely puts its people first. About the Role:

• Manage a portfolio of around 200 properties
• Mostly apartments on the Lower North Shore
• Monday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends off!
• Work closely within a tight-knit Property Management team of 5
• Be part of a wider, thriving property management division.
• Current systems: Ailo, Flickitover, Snug ( loads of training given)

About You:

• A true team player who can also confidently manage tasks independently.
• Someone who juniors look up to for support, mentorship, and guidance.
• Detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about delivering a first-class client experience.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence with 3+ years' experience managing a portfolio.
