Baxav is a trusted AV partner for events across Australia—from local conferences to interstate brand activations. We’re looking for a reliable, all-rounder AV Technician who loves variety, takes pride in the details, and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.

This isn’t your standard warehouse or tech gig. You’ll be involved across the board: quoting, prepping, crewing, running shows, and keeping the warehouse humming. If you love solving problems, packing a perfect truck, and helping events run without a hitch, this is for you.

What you’ll do:

Onsite Technical Work

Set up and operate AV gear (audio, video, lighting, staging)

Deliver smooth shows and solve issues calmly under pressure

Represent our brand with a professional, friendly attitude

Quotes & Crew Logistics

Build quotes and technical plans from client briefs

Organise crew, gear and schedules

Liaise directly with the owner to ensure every job is on track

Warehouse & Gear

Prep AV equipment for jobs, and check it back in post-event

Maintain a clean, organised, ready-to-go warehouse

Coordinate and assist with gear and vehicle movements

What we’re looking for:

Solid AV experience across multiple disciplines
Detail-oriented and dependable
Good communicator with a hands-on mindset
Full manual driver’s licence (MR truck licence = a big plus)
Flex Rental or quoting software experience (nice to have)
