This is a full-time role for a Client Service Manager, a pivotal role in managing our service delivery and nurturing our client relationships. Working closely with both our administrative and accounting team members, our Client Services Manager will be focused on maintaining and improving our work flow practices to deliver client projects in a professional and efficient manner, and in line with our core values. You will be working with a small and collaborative Business Advisory team and we're looking for someone with personality, excellent communication skills and who is passionate about developing and growing their career. Responsibilities include:
Supporting the team with project management – helping to keep timelines, workflows, and deliverables on track
Maintaining accurate records, notes, and admin documentation across projects
Providing exceptional client service and support to ensure a positive client experience
Acting as a central point of contact for internal updates relating to client projects
Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate client records.
Coordinate with team members to ensure the timely resolution of client issues and service requests.
Following up on assigned tasks and ensuring the team is across priority items
Assisting with internal processes that contribute to a smooth and consistent client experience
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth
Assisting with new client onboarding processes
Providing warm, professional client communication to keep clients informed and supported
