Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this position will provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks and administration activities relating to Human Resources activities.
The position will entail around 50% Recruitment Coordination and 50% HR Admin work with specific tasks as follows:-
Your key tasks and requirements will include: -
- Creating reports in Microsoft Excel and manipulating data for to support remuneration reviews and bonus payment calculation processes
- Managing data upload into the payroll system
- Support the end-to-end recruitment for agency candidates including the administration of candidate information into the candidate management system and coordinating interviews and technical assessment processes
- Management of referral candidates through the recruitment process including initial screen, booking interviews and reference checks
- Assist the People & Culture team where required to deliver strategic HR initiatives and projects aligned with the business objectives
- Providing world class customer service to candidates, hiring managers and external recruiters
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Excellent communication skills & strong relationships building skills
- Confidence using Excel at intermediate level Excel (including Vlookups and pivot tables)
- Strong drive and resilience; capability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple, disparate tasks and projects through to completion
- Ability to take initiative
- Outstanding organisational, time management and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge or experience working with payroll or human resources information systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of confidentiality

Salary guide is $80,000 + Super and standard hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm. Hybrid work from home / work is one of the benefits, being 3 days in the office (Sydney CBD) & 2 days working from home per week.
