ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of shaping robust digital solutions that align with strategic priorities. You’ll lead the design of non-functional requirements across application architecture, user management, data governance, security, and high-level integration patterns.

While integrations are a core focus, the organisation boasts strong in-house architectural capability, giving you support while also enabling you to work autonomously. There may also be opportunities to contribute to a VMWare Cloud to AWS replacement/migration project.

DUTIES

• Lead solution design focused on non-functional requirements
• Deliver high-level architecture for applications, identity/access management, data governance, and security
• Develop integration patterns and collaborate across DevOps and Delivery teams
• Contribute to infrastructure and cloud strategy (including potential cloud migration initiatives)
• Align all designs to DTS’s architectural standards and broader enterprise goals
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic technology direction

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in architectural design and leading enterprise-level digital solutions
• Strong knowledge in areas such as SaaS, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, identity management, and cyber security
• Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with designing integrations and understanding complex IT ecosystems
• Exposure to VMWare Cloud for AWS or cloud migration projects is desirable but not essential

• Contract: 6-month contract with potential to extend
• Rate: $850 – $900 per day including super
