I&A has an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced business/process-minded individual, preferably with Accounting qualifications and experience, to further develop their business analyst and project management skills in the technology industry in this full-time role, based in Subiaco, WA.

This role requires strong business process and accounting knowledge to work with our customers and technical teams in the full lifecycle of our solutions, from pre-sales to implementation and customer support. Accounting experience is necessary, however, all other skills will be taught in the role.

Requirements

Preferably a CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion)

Strong written and spoken communication skills - MUST speak fluent English

Proficient computer/IT skills (Excel, Word & Powerpoint) with perhaps some experience as an ERP power user or involvement with an implementation

Experience dealing with clients or other external parties.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accountant who wants to expand their horizon beyond the typical Accountant's role in public practice or preparing month-end management accounts, producing financial projections, and other responsibilities such as cash flow, payroll, AR, AP, etc. These skills and experience provide a good foundation for us to train a successful candidate to engage with our clients and other team members through the entire ERP Implementation lifecycle as outlined below:

Participation in pre-sales activities

Formulation of scoping and requirements through liaison with the client and other team members

Participation in the implementation process, including involvement with system setup, project coordination, and governance meetings.

End-user Training

Provide client assistance once the client goes live with the new system
