As the Finance Officer, this role will be reporting to the Business Manager. You will be working closely with the Finance Team, CEO and external Accountant.

Duties of this role will include:

• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial projections for projects.
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
• Manage month-end and year end account procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work with external accountants and project delivery team.
• Coordinate with external auditors.

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or CA/CPA preferably
• 3 + Years experience in financial management
• Construction experience highly desirable
• Positive attitude and effective as a team player
