About the role

As a Site Engineer - Essential Fire Safety at Bowsers', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the productive and compliant execution of our projects. In this full-time position based in Matraville, NSW, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the planning, installation, and documentation of fire safety measures to safeguard the well-being of all project stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Implement and measure daily operational targets on project / maintenance sites.

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of passive fire systems.

Provide technical guidance to our site teams on passive fire systems.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor quality and productivity

Maintain detailed records and documentation

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the operational team.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

A practical approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
